For the love of god Codex stop assuming you need to create a million fallbacks for grabbing data. It's so bad that it assumes it needs to migrate imagined previous states on a new feature set that has never been deployed before. Drives me crazy.

@kevinrose The entire point of version control is history tracking and conflict resolution. Why would that go away? AI needs to be able to reference previous decisions and needs to be able to reconcile changes between two conflicting updates.
