The only person that wins a lawsuit is the lawyers. They have an option to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to MAYBE regain a revenue stream of 10k a month, but it would be flaked that would have to bring it, there is apparently a pilot program to get a new channel which seems to be the path they are pursuing. There is even an example of an EU Man that sued youtube, won, and then didnt even get his channel back, it sounds fun but not realistic

You can see here that in the last week, they have made $9K JUST From the top 10 on the board, this doesnt include, livechat interaction earnings, partner revenue, hundreds of other gifts and donation. How could you possibly say Jeremy won in light of this? Jeremy has to hide his revenue when he tries to flex, because hes losing money.

You realize of course, that Hamblys views are 85% shorts, and he has admitted to buying views on his long form content (no ad views on youtube promote feature). This is why he hides his youtube earnings. Additionally he leaked his rumble dashboard, which showed he makes 2k a month on rumble. Hes earning about 5000 a month currently between the 2, with expenses exceeding 30,000 a month. Kino on the other had makes over 5k a show.
