They both love hoses and eating snow, Ponsuke used to do similar "Power Bye-byes" to Mashiro, there's pictures of Mashiro sticking out his tongue like Ponsuke, and they both got along really well with Yo's children (Ponsuke was reportedly good friends with Hikaru) 🥺

You can see how much it lacked emotion and depth compared to Tanyaand Rain's relationship in the dlc story. Even compared to the mkx dialogues
