SUPR’s response to yesterday’s incident:
We want to begin by offering our heartfelt apologies. We understand that many of you may be feeling confused, upset, or angry, and we deeply empathize with those emotions.
We want to assure you that what occurred yesterday was in no way the result of malicious intent by any team member or partnered influencers. Unfortunately, one of our developers was hacked, which led to a significant portion of the supply being compromised.
We understand this may sound like a typical excuse, so we want to provide a more detailed explanation throughout this thread.
