On Jan. 26, four trauma-informed facilitators from @MenHealing & @saprea_org led a full workshop for survivors to learn the Japanese art of Kintsugi—repairing broken pottery with gold—and use it as a tool for healing from trauma. ❤️‍🩹 Thank you to everyone who joined!

It can be hard to advocate for yourself sometimes. That's why we're sharing best practices for saying "no" 🙅 (that aren't "f*ck you" or aggressive) on Day 9 of 12 Days of Giving. It is your right to decline to do things, and you don't owe anyone an explanation.
