National Pet ID Week starts every year on April 17th. Last year, our department handled 501 incidents involving animals, and a large majority of these tasked us with reuniting a pet with their owner. Identification is important, which is why we recommend microchipping your pet!

We had a great time this morning at the Menasha School District grade school track meet! School Resource Officer Matt Schanke, Lieutenant Matt Lenss and Chief Tim Styka participated in the 200 meter dash. It looks like we have some future track stars in the making! Way to go!
