Year off to a great start. Week started with @WRCoachVannucci focused on getting in and out of cuts and catching ball at a dead stop. Wednesday and today focused on speed and explosiveness with shuttles and strength training @Xenhouse_ Can't wait to work with @Tilton23 tomorrow.
