My friend stopped eating his wife’s food for over a month now. Every single day, he leaves the house to buy food outside. According to him, during an argument one day, his wife said: “After God, your life is in my hands. I’m the one that cooks your food every day.” At first, he didn’t think much about it. Then during another fight, she repeated the exact same thing again. Since then, he has been scared she might poi s on him one day.

Somebody said giving your wife the silent treatment is like teaching her how to live without you… that eventually, she’ll find someone else willing to listen and fill the space her husband left. I replied that a woman who seeks validation outside her marriage was never fully ready to be a wife in the first place. Sometimes silence the comes for a reason. And in marriage, it should matter enough for both people to want to understand what went wrong instead of looking elsewhere for comfort.

It’s crazy how the ultimate threat from the average Nigerian wife is “i will give my private part out” That’s the only thing.. NOTHING else. It’s even worse if you didn’t marry the person as a v!rgin So that means you’re being threatened with a pre-fucked pum ? Damn!!

Someone once said it… Marriage should now be contractual Renewable every 5yrs. Everyone is woke now… Feels like the whole ‘Together forever/For better for worse’ has lowkey outlived its purpose.
