I'm still finding this whole thing strange. Maloney has been working with a budget of 50p, told we don't have money for two strikers but suddenly we can afford to sack the manager & pay compensation for him and Rogers whilst paying for someone of Lowe's stature to come in. #wafc

@livesey99 He was sacked for two reasons, imo. 1. Commercial - The club was worried about attendances and season ticket sales 2. He was so emotionally invested in getting it right that he was consistently getting it wrong. As evidenced by different performances, in different halves

@MenkFeck I'm not saying it's necessarily the wrong decision. If you are bringing in Lowe with his record with Bury, Plymouth and them lot near Leyland it's clearly a good move it's more about the narrative from the club that I can't work out. Or perhaps Brenda's found Whelan's credit card
