The impact of perimenopause & menopause must be considered for all women including marginalised groups. I.E., Women with an intellectual disability & women with long term mental health issues, whose voices are often unheard. Great to talk with @suenunnradio @kclr96fm on this.

In the educational groups I run in health & social care services I focus on supporting staff to include menopause in the holistic support being provided. It's essential that it is & makes a difference.
