A simple thing I’ve done in launching “Reimagine People Development” is a dedicated morning and afternoon break to stop think about the client work. Previously I “steamed” through the day, from meeting to meeting, slurping on the go! Planned reflection is paying huge dividends!

It was the best train journey from Manchester to Newcastle ever. Got passengers chatting to each other too.

@MenopauseTC @Se_Railway That’s so true - so many announcements are negative. How about making the vast majority of honest passengers ‘feel’ valued! Just thinking … how about starting by acknowledging and thanking most people who have paid but for those who haven’t …
