Strongly agree with this, sadly too many MH professionals use capacity as a tool to absolve them of responsibility, there needs to be a real, meaningful recalibration of the assessment of capacity.

On Monday I had an interview for a band 6 position on my ward and was offered the job! I'm on annual leave this week but my colleagues left me some lovely messages on our shout-out board! We may be a little team but we're a damn good one ❤

Dangerous that support for no deal is being portrayed as patriotism. Time for health leaders - Royal Colleges, ALBs, etc - to spell out likely impact on illness & mortality, not as political point but as threat to public health.
