Sea Otters enjoyed Forest School this afternoon before the thunder storm!☔️⛈️

Year 1 have had a super day at Shrewsbury Museum at a dinosaur workshop. We made fossils, sorted dinosaur bones and explored the museum. 🦖

Year 2 have had a fantastic day at Liverpool Museum, being explorers learning about living things and the past. Great community spirit shown representing our school 👍

Thank you to @meolebracepe for organising cricket this morning with the sports leaders. Year 2 had a fantastic morning showing resilience and perseverance with their batting and catching skills.

Year 1 have had a fantastic visit to Stokesay Castle, exploring the grounds and linking our recent castle and plant topic learning. Children were excellent and a great example of Meole Brace 👏🏻 even in this heat! Well done everyone!

Year 2 had a great morning with @meolebracepe sports leaders for Target activities. Great perseverance and teamwork shown! Well done everyone!

Year 2 have had a fantastic time at @Parkhallfarm, meeting Little Mix the pony, Peter the rabbit and friends and exploring areas such as science, play and even milking a cow (pretend of course)! Exceptional behaviours, well done year 2!

Year 3 made their own healthy sandwiches and packaging linked to their DT and Science topics!🥪🥗🌯

Year 5 and 6 orienteering at Carding Mill Valley today☀️🗺️🧭📍

Our Netballers went to Prestfelde to play a tournament yesterday afternoon. They were victorious! Fantastic stuff ladies😊🤍

We were at Attingham Park yesterday for the Shrewsbury Cross Country event. Some great running and even better team school values on show.💪🏻😁

Year 3 had a visit from The Fire and Rescue Service this morning!🚨🚒

World Book Day 2025📚💛

Some of our Y4/5/6 children had their first taste of a swimming gala yesterday at Shrewsbury School. Great encouragement from all and lots of fun. Well done Meole😁

Later in the week, Year 2 will become Engineers when they enter a competition.  We had a visit from a real Engineer, Mark Woodward, who told us all about his job involving building and repairing roads. 👷‍♂️🦺🥽🧤

Year 3 had great fun painting their canopic jars!🖌️🎨

On Tuesday, School Council led a fantastic worship for KS1 and KS2 all about Safer Internet Day 🌎💻

A great morning at the Shrewsbury Sportshall Athletics event with both teams reaching the top 3 in both categories. Congratulations Coleham and Greenfields✨
