I don’t want to like get upset about it but I can’t even go into my friends vc without feeling like I’m being annoying/going to bother them anymore and it makes me sad..

I feel really badly because I don’t really know how to have a conversation anymore? From being sad at jokes that shouldn’t hurt, to like, being laughed at because before you even say the things you want to say, people predict what you are going to say and say it for me.. it sucks
