It’s still really high lol but in past 2 weeks of exercising and eating better my resting heart rate has dropped from 81 to 73bpm 😌 I am neverrrr letting myself be this unhealthy ever again, summer bod pending x

It's funny the "All Lives Matter" and "We can't help refugees because we need to look after our own 🇬🇧" crew are quiet when it comes to feeding poor British kids. It's almost as though they didn't mean it and are just massive racists 🤔
