@MercySGF It ended up almost 19 hours before she got to see a doctor. It was miserable. The care she has received since has been very good, but making her wait so long overnight in a lobby was horrible.

@MercySGF I am frustrated and disappointed in your ER service. I’ve been sitting here with my elderly mom for over 13 hours at this point. This is completely unacceptable.

@MercySGF 3. It takes me longer to check in for a lab than to get the actual lab drawn! 4. Availabilty is much more restricted than it used to be which sucks when you are trying to fit in labwork with your job (see my daughter missing 2 hours of work)

Happy 20th birthday to our Mercy Surgery Center. To get an idea of how significant the Surgery Center has been to our community in Springfield and the surrounding region, we pulled the numbers and learned we've done 174,182 surgeries in this building since opening 20 years ago.

Congrats Marie Moore (chief nursing officer at Mercy Hospital Springfield) for making 10 for the Next 10 in @Biz417 along with other community innovators. Marie beefed up our nursing team despite a nursing shortage and pushed for gig nursing. ow.ly/yL2w50PaUXr

We couldn't be more proud of our electrophysiology team, who started the first conduction system pacing program in southwest Missouri. This program implements the next generation of pacemakers, helping to improve patient outcomes in heart surgery. ow.ly/2CaM50P90Sy

@MercySGF while I am stuck here for another day despite a surgeon who wanted me home Saturday. I am being treated by a useless nurse. She doesn't respect my request for the door closed. While no one flushes my IV with heparin. Making 5 in 5 days now. Sick of this.....
