I have come to believe that some of the most peaceful people in the world today are those who aren’t on social media, especially the spaces filled with negativity. Their peace is even greater when they nurture a close relationship with God. Perhaps it’s time for someone to create a social media platform dedicated to positivity, personal growth, Godly principles and life lessons, a space that actively promotes constructive dialogue. Imagine a platform equipped with AI to detect and instantly eliminate lies, misinformation, and hate speech, ensuring a safe, uplifting environment for all. My intentions of being here on Twitter were to share knowledge, experience and skills, motivate, inspire greatness but the fights, the deception, the negativity, the toxic talks, the baggage people share, the insults, the reputation damage here are not worth it. We can use our time better. So I am officially off Twitter (X) , please do not look for me from this platform. To everyone who has been looking for me on Twitter (X) or wondering why I haven’t been posting for months. I see my inbox is full of messages. Be kindly informed that this space has overtime, unfortunately, become a toxic battleground which some people use to spread false information and draw others into unnecessary conflicts for selfish reasons. This has become a space where anyone will share fake documents and insults will flow towards innocent people. For accurate information or any clarifications, please feel free to reach out to me via LinkedIn or email. LinkedIn remains a professional, peaceful platform where respectful engagement is valued. Please be cautious when believing information shared by certain groups here; it may be misleading and intended to cause violence and hatred. You will start hating people for no reason. And such people do not care to destroy reputations of innocent people as long as it makes them attract more followers. Unfortunately this is what it has become. For our own mental and spiritual well-being, it’s safer to step back from such toxic spaces that lack safeguards against malicious content. God is in control, and hopefully, improved digital systems will soon help address these issues. After months of being away from Twitter (X), I am only back to address a concern because of the many calls I have received regarding the list shared. This X space has unfortunately become a place where anyone can spread false, misleading information without consequence. Let me clarify that the list (below) is completely false and should be ignored. But if it’s a prophecy for higher earnings from anywhere, we’ll wait on God for that miracle! Please dismiss this misleading information.

Nde nde nde …where is the lie now? @NinyeTabz Sir, You made an allegation that a secretary in my office called Sarah, conned you. I informed you that I do not have a secretary, nor is there anyone named Sarah in the office where I sit in that government building. I also politely requested that you share the details of who conned you so that we could take appropriate action, but you have not responded. As leaders, we are aware that we do not work with perfect individuals/saints. The very reason, we @URSBHQ have established comprehensive measures, policies, and guidelines to address and sanction anyone involved in criminal or administrative breaches. These include: Regular meetings, Staff trainings and mindset sessions, Clock-in systems, Anti-corruption measures/policies, Human Resources policies, Weekly reports and appraisals, Whistleblower lines, staff appraisal systems , Strictly online payment systems and public warnings to adhere to these, online applications, Observing the clients charter, Ethics & Integrity Committee , Audit, compliance, and enforcement teams, Quality assurance teams, URSB enforcement police teams, Legal and investigations teams, Disciplinary committees, Prayers and intercession teams etc etc. These measures are designed to regulate the conduct of our diverse staff, ensuring accountability and integrity. We also aware of brokers/constars around our city who mascarade as our workers. You can’t put a rat trap in a house without rats. So where we have human beings whose minds and plans we cannot read, we have to put measures just incase. It would be detrimental if URSB had no deterrent measures or traps to catch anyone including fake registration certificates and signatures made by counterfeiters. Please cooperate with the URSB team by providing the necessary details so that we can take action against the responsible officer. URSB is a public office that is governed by public sector policies,laws and standards. We are committed to serving you and the public effectively, but we do not condone blackmail or cyberbullying or lies that are intend to grow followers. We await your response and are prepared to investigate this matter thoroughly. I have laboured to explain since the complaint was quoted on my personal X account and wall. My groundnut source almost burnt because this matter is taking Alot of my time. Today is Saturday and I am in the kitchen cooking for my family members- back to peeling Matooke- I wont have the time to reply. Allow me do my family obligations. When you people are busy attacking me left and right on this X space, it’s my family that calms me down. Let me cook for them as the URSB technical teams takes on this matter from here. TURNING REJECTION INTO REDIRECTION: I missed the @ManCaveUg conversation this morning hosted by @kyamageroandrew & company. It’s such a great platform for those of us who enjoy constructive and intellectual engagement. The theme was how to turn rejection into redirection, a topic that resonates deeply with many of us. Allow me to share my personal views on the subject. Rejection comes with a lot of emotional, physical, financial, and spiritual pain. If not dealt with properly, it can ruin lives. It is important to learn to love and appreciate yourself and to embrace God's authentic love for you first. Even the son of God faced rejection, so who are we not to? When rejection happens, don't let it break or destroy you. Do not allow you to swallow you. Going through rejection is tough. In fact, most of us are rejection survivors – we could even form an association (Rejection Survivors Ltd😂) and register it URSB @URSBHQ ! We can even get donor funding for this association. Just that it is also risky to play victim and fail to move on. Anyway , jokes aside. Rejection often comes as a shock and finds you unprepared. But some rejection doesn't come as a surprise because the signals can be seen. Some rejection comes with speed and some on slow motion. By the way this rejection can come from all dimensions- It can be from the people you lead, love, relatives, classmates, voters, workplaces, academic institutions, neighbors, or international communities. This makes us all potential candidates for rejection. You might face rejection because of your looks, color, language, books, age, and more. What you need are coping mechanisms to handle rejection. These mechanisms help you navigate through the pain and emerge stronger. The beauty of overcoming rejection is that once you survive it, you become a much better person. You will look back and wonder why you ever let it almost destroy you. We also need to train young people to handle rejection because it affects them deeply. Sometimes, they have no hope or options, leading them to turn to alcohol and drugs. Turn rejection into rejuvenation. God can actually repair that rejection and open for you more doors. Join a new community, start a new course, change your networks, or take on leadership positions. Use rejection as an opportunity for personal growth and transformation. Embrace the lessons it offers and allow it to shape you into a more resilient and empowered individual. Find peace but also remember to forgive those who rejected you , it's good for your complete healing. Rejection is not the end; it can be a powerful catalyst for a new beginning.
