President Tinubu Sacks NMDPRA Chief Executive Saidu Mohammed, Nominates Rabiu Abdullahi Umar as Replacement Subject to Senate Confirmation President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the immediate removal of Mr. Saidu Mohammed as Chief Executive of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA). He has nominated Mr. Rabiu Abdullahi Umar to take over as the new Chief Executive. The appointment is pending confirmation by the Senate.
