🇺🇸 US BANKS ARE FIGHTING THE CLARITY ACT'S STABLECOIN RULES $1,300,000,000,000 in deposits at risk. Their own research. 78 banking groups sent a letter to Senate leaders yesterday. Section 404 bans interest on stablecoins. But one small "activity" condition makes a balance reward legal again. You don't lobby against something that can't hurt you.

BITCOIN 2021 AND 2025: SAME TOP, SAME TRENDLINE, SAME 3 BEAR FLAGS. 2022 printed flag 3, flushed to $15.6K then broke the downtrend for good. 2026 just completed flag 3. Same position on the map. If the fractal holds, one flush remains before the trendline snaps. Invalidation: a weekly close above the downtrend line before the flush. Watching: $67K.

🇺🇸 CLARITY ACT: "WE CANNOT AFFORD TO DELAY ANY LONGER." Patrick Witt, the White House's chief CLARITY negotiator, wrote that this week. Days later: he reports for Army National Guard training on July 27. Last day next Friday. Three Senate working weeks remain. The ethics fight is unresolved. Odds of passage fell to 37%. In June they were 51%. The bill did not lose a vote. It lost its closer.

🚨US CPI DROPS IN HOURS. 8:30AM EST. Previous: 4.2% Forecast: 3.9% Above 3.9%: rate cuts get pushed back. Risk assets bleed. Below 3.9%: the cut is back on the table. Everything rips. Set your alarm. One number decides the month.

LAST CPI PRINT: BITCOIN RALLIED 10.89%. THE ONE BEFORE: IT CRASHED 27.59%. Same event. Opposite outcomes. One month apart. That's the honest stat going into today's print anyone promising you a direction is guessing. What's not a guess: $61K held every retest since July 1. Hold it through the print: bulls keep the ball. Lose it: the flush resumes.

THE BACKBONE OF THE US STOCK MARKET IS MOVING ONTO A BLOCKCHAIN. THIS MONTH. 🇺🇸 The DTCC settles $2,000,000,000,000,000 a year. Every trade you have ever made cleared through it. In July it starts production testing tokenised securities. Russell 1000 equities. Major ETFs. Treasuries. Over 50 firms, including BlackRock, Goldman and JPMorgan. Full launch in October. Crypto spent ten years trying to replace Wall Street. Wall Street just took the rails.

TRUMP JUST PUT A SEPTEMBER SHUTDOWN ON THE TABLE. No jobs report. No inflation data. No numbers to cut on. A Fed without data is a Fed that waits. Delayed cuts. Tighter liquidity. Risk assets bleed. This is worse for crypto than anyone is pricing in.

This line matters more than the product. "The first pro terminal to trade perps in the US." For years American traders had two options: go offshore, or don't trade perps at all. That era is ending.
