This! Though I will say that schools must be the ones to take the sport itself seriously, and while there have been many improvements, there's still a lot of work to do before we can officially reach a strong scholastic foundation!

Esports as an industry will not be viable until there is a solid foundation at the scholastic level. This was the same with the NFL. It became hugely successful after they started supporting youth leagues. All pro orgs should be working to grow scholastics like @version1gg
