@caroltchick We are so sorry to disappoint you again. As explained previously we are extremely short staffed & struggle to keep up with shop and drive thru demand at this time. This will be for the foresable future so please place orders through our Kirkgate or Brighouse Shops. Thank you.

@merrie_england This is ludicrous once again you are closed to deliveree orders and have been all week. So disappointing when you think a great service is offered and for weeks it has been unavailable. Not great customer service or satisfaction is it. 🙈🙈

@merrie_england do you deliver from the oakes branch ? I live in lindley. If so is it bia an app or just ring the shop

@caroltchick Our WiFi is working okay now, unfortunately we are short staffed and overwhelmed with drive thru and customers dining inside the shop, so we have decided to redirect all deliveree orders to our Kirkgate and Brighouse shops. Sorry to keep disappointing you.

@merrie_england Still no joy to get a delivery thats over 3 weeks now. Your engineers are obv struggling. 😭😭

@caroltchick Thank you for your honest feedback. We are still waiting engineers to fix the problem. It’s not as simple as removing ourselves from the app, sorry.

@merrie_england Wifi must still be off as kirkgate and Oakes still show as closed. Ridiculous you either provide a service , in which case you sort the wifi out , or you dont and remove yourself from the deliveree list. Very disappointing indeed

@caroltchick Thanks for the update. WiFi has been off all week. You maybe able to pick up Kirkgate or Brighouse Merrie England from Lindley.

@caroltchick The Deliveree device runs off WiFi. If our WiFi is down the device can not receive orders and it won’t work.

@merrie_england Ive checked but it says you are closed at Oakes. Thank you tho. Another time when youre open
