@srjf @SharonGChiara @LnDConnect You are right Simon, psychological safety is key. People will only express themselves freely when they are not afraid. We embrace making mistakes, owning them and learning from them without penalizing each other. #LDInsight

@MerryChokani @SharonGChiara @LnDConnect reminding me of the issue of psychological safety in doing lessons learned reviews, without that people will not share their learning and we will then only cover the blatantly obvious issues that anyone can see #LDInsight

@niallgavinuk @LnDConnect A little combination of both Niall plus FOMO. Because Immersive Learning was a hot topic then and everyone was doing it, we had to do it too without really understanding if it was of any benefit to us. #LDInsight

@SharonGChiara @LnDConnect We have Lessons Learned sessions after each project too. Everyone completes a shared documents with what works, what didn’t work, what could be done better. Then we come together for a group discussion before moving on to another project. #LDInsight

@LnDConnect O oh bit late #LDInsight As most of the work I do is project based...& I'm a fan of on going reviews (or retros) I can often make changes as I go I also often leave clients with a 'What I'd change or a What I'd do next list' when I leave so get to think that way before I go 🤔
