Merseyside Wing Cadets are half way through the joint AT camp with DNW. They have had a fantastic week! So far the cadets have participated in Moutain Biking, climbing, paddling, orienteering and navigation.

It's been a great start to the MSW & DNW Joint AT Camp. Today cadets have been training for the mountain bike trails. They have also participated in sports, bouldering and team-building exercises. @OCMerseyside @MerseysideWing

SGT O'Neil, Cdt Stephenson & Cdt Connelly are all set to go on the NATAC Fairbourne Camp this week with the adventure training team of @MerseysideWing where they will take part in Rock Climbing, Abseiling, Walking, Mountain biking and so much more. Have an amazing time!

This was the final element of their training after previous weekends in which they covered camp craft, kit and equipment, route planning & first aid training to aid them while completing the expeditions. Next Stop: Bronze Qualifying or Silver Practice Expedition! @OCMerseyside

As we continue to return Cadet activities to normal, Merseyside Wing has run its first large scale Adventure Training Camp at Forest Camp activity centre for some Climbing, Kayaking, Raft Building, Archery, Mountain Biking, Orienteering, Campcraft & Leadership Exercises.

Great first day on the @MerseysideWing Bronze & Silver @DofE expeditions. Really good to get out with a mixture of Cadets from different Squadrons around the Wing. They have all smashed today & I am confident they will do the same tomorrow.
