Giving Back Club. Today, we visited the Kyoto Garden. Beautiful Japanese style garden with waterfalls, sculptures & many beautiful plants. Members enjoyed the scenery while walking around the garden. They found the garden tranquil & peaceful. Great way to spend a sunny day🙌

Giving Back Club. Today, we visited the Imperial War Museum London @I_W_M Members found the museum fascinating. As we entered the museum members immediately noticed the V2 rocket towering right up to the ceiling. Plenty to see, interesting exhibits. It was a good day out😀

Hi everyone! 🙂👋 Members of Saturday Hub had an exciting and full of fun cricket 🏏 session provided by our fantastic coach last weekend. 👏 The activity promoted our fitness, stamina, hand-eye coordination, and overall health. 👍 All of us had a great time together. 😀👌

Giving Back Club, Members took part in card sketching. Members drew what they saw emotions were expressed in their sketching too. Members focused on the act of drawing rather than creating a perfect finish. In the card they wrote a positive message to themselves. Calming session

Hello everyone! 👋 🙂 We had an engaging and entertaining Saturday Hub session last weekend. 👌 We played variety of board games 🎲🧩, pool🎱, table tennis,🏓 Jenga and others.👍 Everybody had a fantastic time 👏 while working together and showing their competitive spirit.😀

Giving Back Club😆Fun & engaging session today🙌 Members took part in a Zumba warm-up💃🕺to raise heart rates & improve mobility before playing football. Excellent football skills⚽️shown by members👌They worked on overall fitness while sharpening their coordination👏

Hi All! 🙂 We had an exciting Saturday Hub session last weekend. 👍 Apart from engaging in social interaction, we played highly competitive Boccia game. 😀 We worked in teams trying to improve our hand-eye coordination.👌 All participants had a fantastic time and lots of fun.😀👏

Giving Back Club, Playful interaction session after having a 1-week break. Members reconnected with each other by engaging in a range of activities. Members took part in friendly competitions, playing indoor football & online gaming such as Zumba & table tennis. So much laughter.

The Giving Back Club, Today we visited @GrantMuseum The members found the museum interesting. There were a wide range of specimens ranging from skeletons (including those of extinct animals) stuffed animals & preserved animals in jars. Members really enjoyed the visit🙌
