@reliancejio @JioCare been 2 days since my internet connection is down. When I try to raise a request I get this! When I’m paying for 30 days, I want service for 30 days. If I don’t pay the bill even for 1 day after the due date, I’m burdened with late fee. Resolve this.

@JioCare There was a delay in service. I pay for 30 days. What I got was 27 because your service was down for 3 days. Waiting for the response or you can go ahead with the disconnection procedure.

Capitalism was kept in check by the Soviet Union till the 1990s. So many nice policies that western governments in Europe and US implemented were out of fear of communism, fear that people may revolt. Once that threat was gone, the politicians started favoring corporates more and more. Ever since then, capitalism has slowly become completely unhinged because of zero competition. The world needs a strong pushback against these monopolist corporate powers.

@JioCare I have received zero calls from your technicians. My plan expires today. Rest assured when the technician visits, they will have to check the connectivity on their own. I won’t recharge unless I get imburse for the days wasted.
