I wonder if @Security_BankPh @SecurityBankPH knows the wait time to get a #betterbankingspecialist is more than 1 hour and if stars align and you get 1 it'd disconnect and if you redial, calls would auto disconnect after 30 to 35 mins of wait time.

@SecurityBankPH tried to call your hotline 17 times from 0625. waited on Queue the longest 49 mins just for call to disconnect, some call an average of 2 mins and after the automated press number voice prompt would disconnect call. Definitely a #betterbankingexperience
