When people make a dramatic diet change and claim a specific food has "healed" them, like they've personally unlocked some secret molecule in a blueberry or avocado, the result actually came from what food was replaced by that whole food. It wasn't the blueberry that healed you.

I worry that ChatGPT makes people feel like they've already accomplished "the goal" before even starting on the long, difficult journey of a new venture. Predictions, overly positive, "RARE." What if you just started doing instead of talking about doing?

@Messy_Jordan Yep.. an acl tear on my left. And a partial patella tear on the right. I forgot to mention, the pain comes and goes very randomly.

@Messy_Jordan It started after I got back into playing basketball. And yes, it does hurt sometimes when I go downstairs.. strengthening the quads and calves seems to help reduce the pain.
