(3/4) However, we think it’s more important to consider what is wise, instead of what is allowed. Metamorph will be held in the future. We are currently talking with the venue to organize it when times are stable. Right now, we hope it can be held in the first quarter of 2022.

Hi all (1/4) On Friday 12th of November the Dutch government announced new measurements against corona, these new measurements will limit our capabilities. After considering our options together with the venue, we have decided to cancel Metamorph.

We are currently deliberating whether or not we can continue with Metamorph. The new corona-related measures have made it more difficult to organise a full tournament. We'll keep you posted!

Today would have been the last day you could sign up for our Smash tournament at the normal venue fee. Now, since Corona is a thing and it might be difficult to go to far off events (like VCA), we have decided to extend our deadline till the 15th! See smash.gg/metamorph

Feel free to bring your own switch (or other consoles) to the event. If you have a cool game/level/mod to show off, then definitely bring it with you. The more switches we have, the more people can keep playing. Make sure that you mark them though.

You can currently signup for the event for regular prizes. By the 11th of November, we're going to increase it though (to 'Last Minute' prizes). That way we can make any necessary adjustments for the number of signups at least a week before the event without it changing too much.

This is the last chance. Early bird is closing at midnight! You can still get the reduced venue fee, if you're quick. After today the normal venue fee will apply so sign up to smash.gg/metamorph, hurry!

This year Metamorph is (conveniently) happening at the same time as the Game On exposition at @forum_groningen. It has games that you can play from the last 50 years! You'll have time during the event to visit the Game On exposition, if you want to.

Last time we got a great venue at the Student Hotel, but this time it got even better. @forum_groningen (biggest cultural center in Groningen) has an amazing spot for us to host the event. Have a look to see what the venue looks like! This is not all though, more photos will come
