To all my frens - I’ve officially stepped down from my role at Supra. After nearly 6 years working full time in crypto, and 3 at Supra, I’ve decided to accept an opportunity back in the Web2 world. This wasn’t an easy decision and honestly took me a few weeks to fully come to terms with. But at the end of the day, I’m a father first, and the volatility of the crypto space right now made it hard for me to feel comfortable long term. That said, I’ve been offered an incredible opportunity at what feels like a dream job, and I couldn’t feel more grateful for what’s ahead. Closing the Supra chapter is definitely bittersweet. Through all the ups and downs, the “soons,” and everything in between - it’s been one hell of a ride. To the community: thank you for the memories, the support, and the love you’ve shown me over the years. I truly won’t forget what this experience has meant to me. And to everyone still buidling - keep going. Supra is far from finished, and I’m excited to watch what comes next from the sidelines. Introducing Farms 🌱🪙 A new layer of yield is now live on Atmos Until now, liquidity pools allowed you to earn from standard trading fees. Farms introduce a new layer of yield. You can now stake your liquidity to earn added rewards on top of those standard fees. NFT Boosts Farm creators can whitelist specific NFT collections, allowing holders to stake their assets for a bonus yield of up to 30 percent 🔥 If you are ready to deploy a farm or start staking, here is how the new system operates: Participating in Farms Navigate to Earn, then Farms to see active opportunities. Stake your LP to begin earning emitted rewards. Because the system is entirely permissionless, anyone can inject additional rewards into an active farm to attract more liquidity. Note: Once assets are added as incentives, they cannot be withdrawn. Deploying a Farm Farm creation is unlocked for users who are Level 12 and above. Initializing a new farm requires a minimum reward funding of $25. Creators can set farm durations of upto 90 days and choose to launch immediately or schedule a future start time. Advanced Configurations Creators have deep control over their liquidity parameters. When setting up a farm, you can enable NFT Boosts to whitelist a specific collection and offer up to a 30 percent bonus yield to holders. It's funny I sometimes see ppl say $Supra won't make it. I keep saying to myself, "I can't believe they pulled it off." I get why ppl are concerned about runway and all the related fears because the challenge Supra took on is so incredibly ambitious, and when the tech team repeatedly moves timelines the reaction can be, "oh no, they bit off more than they can chew." But I am 100% confident that is not what is happening. They are meticulous during execution because you can't get infrastructure wrong. Every dapp/product will be built on top of it! I would encourage everyone to turn their attention to what I am calling the "Supra Big 3." These are the 3 products Supra is launching next that will put them on the map. They are: 1. SupraLiquid 2. The Supra Predictions Market (can't share name yet but it's good!) 3. AutoVaults + everything that comes with it (literally built for viral explosive growth) IMO, while all 3 products will get Supra network usage and growth buzzing, it will be product #3 (AutoVaults+) that changes the face of the network overnight. I saw the UI for it yesterday. It is by far the most exciting product I have seen in crypto, hands down. To give my opinion some context, I've been in this industry full time since 2017, and developed some dapps (with a dev team) that were advanced at the time. These had tokens where one did over 100 Million MC and had thousands of daily users. I spent 1000+ hours on defi. I have never seen a dapp that came close to what the AutoVaults product does in terms of offering something people will actually use, and in terms of sophistication. I believe that product will change defi forever. 25 more ppl will get to see it in March. Then more. You'll see what I mean soon. I am not hyping it. If anything, it's the opposite.
