Hey @ftx_app your app is bugged out, can't update my authenticator as it requires me to. This is unacceptable my money is stuck for about a week now. No response through your official support email.

I logged off RSN:Emperor Kuo for two weeks and find my equipment & inventory wiped along with 20 untradable old school bonds from my poach. I was told that recent costume room update may have deleted some items. I've submitted in game bug report but please help. Tyvm.
