The school actively impeded the NCAA’s investigation. Kept coaches and staff members from being interviewed, withheld electronic communications (texts, emails), & destroyed evidence. Of course anything to hide their cheating was going to happen. Sure put the UM in scUM.

Sometimes, I truly wish I was still that innocent Michigan fan who stayed on the media and film analysis side and never ventured into the sports realm. It has become extremely TOXIC on the sports side lately, and it's the same ole dance and song everyday.

My point wasn't that Michigan is innocent. It was that calling Michigan uniquely "scummy" for this feels a little glass-house territory considering Ohio State's own history with the Tressel scandal and him LYING to the NCAA to cover up violations.
