Working on a proprietary chili recipe for a chili cook off. I’m doing it in small batches for now until I get it the way I want. I can’t wait to break out my cast iron Dutch oven once it’s perfected!

NGL, I took an L on that brisket. Great bark, great smoke ring but it was dry as hell this time. Happens to the best of us but still sucks. I guess @jphil9148 called it after all. 🤦🏼‍♂️
