I’m shocked more people aren’t making $10,000/month with Claude.
It’s simple.
I recently shared this with a retiree... he’s now making $15K every month.

@peterwildeford xAI will catch up this year and then exceed them all by such a long distance in 3 years that you will need the James Webb telescope to see who is in second place

Based on the data I see, I think:
- Anthropic🇺🇸/Google🇺🇸/OpenAI🇺🇸 all ~tied
- Meta🇺🇸 / xAI🇺🇸 each ~7mo behind
- Moonshot🇨🇳/- Deepseek🇨🇳 / zAI 🇨🇳 / Alibaba🇨🇳each ~9mo behind
- Mistral🇫🇷 ~1.5 years behind
- No other companies competitive

Both xAI and Meta seem to be falling behind, based on the Grok 4.2 benchmarks and this reporting. Frontier AI models are really a three way race at this point.

X Money is the new payments feature rolling out on X (the platform formerly known as Twitter), turning it into more than just a social network—it's part of Elon Musk's vision for an "everything app" where you can chat, post, watch videos, **and handle money** all in one place.
Right now (March 2026), X Money is entering early public access / launching soon in places like the US. It lets users:
- Send and receive money instantly (peer-to-peer transfers)
- Store funds in a digital wallet inside the X app
- Deposit from bank accounts or debit cards (partnered with Visa)
- Likely get features like debit cards, cashback, and creator tipping/payments
It's built on traditional financial rails (Visa Direct for fast transfers, money transmitter licenses in many states), so it's more like Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal integrated directly into your social feed—super convenient for everyday use, paying creators, or splitting bills with friends on X.
That said, even this first step moves toward **greater financial freedom** compared to old-school banking:
- No need for a separate banking app—just open X
- Faster, cheaper transfers embedded in social conversations
- Lower barriers for small creators/merchants to receive payments globally
**How it can help bank the unbanked**
Around 1.4 billion adults worldwide remain unbanked—no access to basic bank accounts due to location, paperwork, fees, minimum balances, or lack of nearby branches (especially in rural areas of Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia, etc.).
X Money has strong potential here because:
- X already has hundreds of millions of users in developing regions where smartphone + internet access outpaces traditional banking infrastructure
- A phone + X app = instant wallet (no branch visit, no ID hurdles beyond basic verification)
- Peer-to-peer sends work across borders more easily than wiring money
- Future expansions (if/when crypto or stablecoins get added) could enable even more censorship-resistant, low-fee transfers—similar to how Bitcoin or USDT already helps remittances in places like Venezuela, Nigeria, or Argentina
Imagine a farmer in rural Kenya or a freelancer in the Philippines getting paid directly in their X wallet from clients worldwide, then spending or transferring without losing big chunks to fees or waiting days. That's real inclusion.
X Money isn't fully decentralized **yet**, and it's starting as a regulated fintech product. But by embedding easy, instant payments into the world's conversation layer, it could still become one of the most powerful tools for bringing financial access to people left behind by traditional banks.
