@Mete0ryt Wow!!! You have put in some work! This looks amazing🌸😍 I may have to reach out to you for some tips. I just started growing veggies myself, but on a much smaller scale than yours. They are still housebound. The only one I've brought outside is the tomato plant.

Every year the garden gets closer to how I imagine. It's a lot of work to get it there, but it has been worth it. 13 garden beds and 48 fabric pots this year (some not in the pictures). Next year I hope to get in some fruit trees. We did blueberries and raspberries this year.

@lisabeesims1 Yeahhhh. The constant complaining is wild. I know this is a dated thing to say, but the Ts1 came out, we were all so enamored by the little things and every expansion was exciting. I guess being disconnected from social media helped and I miss the wonder of ts1 and ts2 days.

I agree sometimes the grumpiness just gets on my nerves.

@Mete0ryt Strawberries were terrible all over the northwest last year. We only got one box from local distributor and I got maybe a dozen or so berries on my plants and I have a lot of strawberry plants.

@Mete0ryt I think of you often and you know it’s almost time. Well, at least here … maybe not for you yet but soon

@lisabeesims1 We get a slug or two but never enough to cause problems. We do get really bad cucumber and squash beetles though. Ugh.

@Mete0ryt Amazing. I have given up on lettuce. We have too many slugs up here. The new cucumbers I like are lemon cucumbers. They are so delicious. I will probably do some of those

@lisabeesims1 So much! Tomatoes, peppers, squash, carrots, peas, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumbers, melons, sweet potatoes, dino kale, a bunch of lettuce and spinach, strawberries should have a good year (as long as the squirrels let us have some).

@Mete0ryt What’s going in your garden this year? I’ve been up there you’re gonna do some corn. Oh Yum.

@Charee991 Hahaha I've seen campers! Just be aware of light pollution from your camper and electronics for your sake and the sake of others!

@Mete0ryt I'll add this one to the bucket list of places I need to visit🤗 but no tent! I'm not that brave hehe

There's nothing like a good night sleep to refresh and re-fuel the body😴

@Charee991 Oh and extra water and Gatorade. That desert air is dryer than you expect. You won't know you're dehydrated immediately! But you'll seriously have a once in a lifetime experience.

@Mete0ryt I just checked out some pictures online, and it is beautiful😵😍 I love all the rock formations. It also looks like there are caves you can explore! Is that correct? Very cool! Do you bring a camping van or just go hardcore, with a tent?

@Charee991 Tent. Camping stove. The winters out there happen fast and they are brutal but summer is hot and dry. It's a fantastic experience. Not far from Boise (couple-few hours) if you need a big city afterward for something.

@Charee991 If you want something more traditional, Harris Beach in Southern Oregon is a good bet. Good amenities and it has cell signal if that's important to you. There are black bears in the area but the park rangers will let you know when you enter the park what to do!

@Mete0ryt I will try and remember that if I ever go camping👍🏾🥰 Do you have a favorite spot that you prefer when you camp?

@Charee991 If you camp in a dedicated camping area, park rangers are there to assist with bear fears and give you directions to keep safe. Bears don't usually go looking for people. As long as you keep your food in a lockbox, even if they're around, you'll be fine!

@Mete0ryt You know, I've never gone camping. It's something I would love to experience at least once. I'm scared of encountering bears though lol Ice only seen Oregon in pictures, but it looks beautiful!

@lazrmom Ohhh brother, that humidity is a challenge some days! But, the garden harvests make it feel a little less terrible 🤣

I haven't posted anything in so long, but let me tell you that the garden is beautiful and so is life right now. My breakfast was 100% top-tier this morning. A terracotta tomato from the garden (seeds from @rareseeds), the mayo I made last night, and the bread Elliott baked.

@Charee991 I build more than anything but I enjoy the chef career a lot. Freelance is cool. The outdoor stuff is different too.
