Our local newspaper is entirely independent. Folks who are upset by the circumstances surrounding WaPo’s actions could take affirmative action by subscribing to the Winnipeg Free Press or their own local news source. @WinnipegNews

Independent? Really? Excellent journalists but not independent. @TDSLaw like @WinnipegNews and the @MBGov all support confidentiality agreements. Sounds like the opposite of what good journalism is.
