@MetLife I haven’t received my retirement annuity payment in four months. I was told I would get a call back that I did not get and that my issue was escalated. I was told no supervisor was available to speak with me. I was told a supervisor would call in 48 hrs.

@jobbengals @MetLife MetLife has faced multiple lawsuits regarding delayed settlements, particularly concerning Total Control Accounts (TCAs) and long-term disability benefits.

I’d like to take a minute and say @MetLife Life Insurance is a HORRIBLY ran company. Either they make a ton of money off of interest, or hope the entire family dies before payout. 7-12 BUSINESS days to upload a document?? Ridiculous
