@Metra how in 2026 do you no have live updates for your trains? I am on a platform in Arlington Heights and the entire crowd has no idea when trains are coming. Please do better.

@JMZeeb Passengers may find up to date information regarding train times on metra.com, metratracker.com, the Ventra mobile app, and station digital signage. Passengers may also call our hotline at 312.MY.METRA (312-696-3872) for train information.

UPN inbound and outbound trains are halted near Wilmette due to train 337 striking a vehicle. Extensive delays are anticipated. Customers are advised to seek alternate transportation at this time. Metra will provide updates as information becomes available. Due to the service disruption at Wilmette, CTA is cross-honoring Metra tickets at all Red, Brown, and Purple Line stations. Customers can show their Metra ticket to the CTA station attendant.

@Metra All signs at Madison entrance to Union station tonight say the same thing: “Waiting for server”. Except sign at track 11, which has been broken and blank for weeks.
