@Momentum_za my father passed away 2 years ago this month. We still haven’t received the pension payout from your NTRF division. I am being taken from pillar to post. If we were not privileged enough to have jobs and savings, was my disabled brother supposed to starve until today

@MetropolitanZA Well according to the client service consultant who was assisting me in your offices here in George her words were "you're not allowed to remove people in your policy rather close the whole policy and open a new 1 and don't add the people you're removing again" thus the policy..
