Jeff Passan...the king of baseball reporting...is telling you this. But because me and others say it, we are dopes.
The Mets are going to be good. They are having a good offseason. People need to understand different is good. The 2025 Mets were a debacle...the Mets outside of 2024 were mostly a debacle. All of the things happening right now are positive for the future of the Mets.

@Alden_Gonzalez This is correct. It's a deep lineup filled with guys who take professional at-bats. Robert was a perfect high-ceiling complement to the high-floor steadiness of Bichette, Polanco and Semien -- and because of his defense in center field, Robert's floor isn't exactly low, either.

It’s with a heavy heart that I must tell you that I had to put Hadji down last week. It was his time to go. I loved him so much and miss him dearly. He was a great companion for 22 yrs. RIP my little guy.

Unfortunately I just left the Yankees game because I was talking to a Dodgers fan and people were throwing things at me. Unruly, obnoxious people can ruin everything. The worst experience ever. The game and experience is of no significance now. The spirit of sports ends with the ugliness of humanity
