It is with mixed emotions that we confirm @edgarpavlovsky’s resignation from @mrgngroup, contributing to marginfi. We want to assure the community that the core contributors, the company, and our investors are actively engaged to ensure a smooth transition. As of this announcement, Edgar is effectively no longer part of the company. All products remain fully operational and are unaffected by this departure. x.com/edgarpavlovsky… marginfi is defi—it’s a decentralized, trust minimized protocol. Nothing changes. All products remain fully operational and are unaffected (and can not be affected) by this departure. The point of defi is that core contributors can walk away and the protocol marches on. His departure is a function of internal operational disagreements and of his own personal reasons, and we respect his privacy. Edgar was an integral part of MarginFi, and we have nothing but love for him. His unique vision, leadership, and dedication helped get us to this point. While we’re grateful for his help in getting here, we’re also eager to carry forward our mission: building a decentralized source of yield for everyone, no matter where you come from, your credit score, or how much you have. We remain steadfast in our commitment to our mission, values, and the continued success of the MarginFi protocol, and there’s more to come. The MRGN development team will carry on work towards full decentralization. We want to express our sincere gratitude to Edgar and wish him all the best. We also extend our gratitude to our employees and partners for their ongoing support and dedication. Lastly, we wish to thank the community for their continued support.

I resigned from mrgn today. From working on marginfi, from the research arm, from it all. It's a world class team -- it really is -- but I don't agree with the way things have been done internally or externally. I've said it many times and I'll say it again, but those of us who are privileged enough get to choose what we work on every single day. My north star has always been putting forth all of my energy into work that I think will matter to society. More than anything else, it's what drives me deep inside. The lawyers are still working things out but I've told everyone involved I don't really care about tokens, or money, or any of that. Let that be a clear statement of my intention here and of my principles. I've been running pretty red financially lately so this puts me pretty much back at $0, but if you've been in this industry for a while you know that's nothing new. I don't have next steps yet, but as mrgn's founder it's ultimately my failure that this happened, and like I've done for years, I'll reflect and evolve. Viva to the people, to democracy, and to quality of life everyone.

I will be killing myself roght about now Good knowing you people Bye

Influencer scams are back.
