@PorcelainMaid @GrimmiVT I cold turkeyed my ADHD meds at 18 and have never felt better I've learned to control my ADHD and never have the haze depression and crashes that they were causing me anymore

I stopped taking my add meds when I got into college, I don't remember why but I always felt like I was just... less creative on them? I'm sure there have been plenty of times when I could've used them in the last couple of years but I kinda learned how to survive without it. I don't know how expensive they are but I think it'd be nice to try it again one day to see if my life can become easier with them.

I wish more people told others how much ADHD meds help, and were demonized a little less- it's the difference between hyper focusing on feeling a little sick all day or actually being a functional person
