DeFi needs a new primitive where emissions go beyond subsidizing liquidity and instead help price credit risk.

We agree with Haseeb's diagnosis and seek to offer a new primitive.
In TradFi, the rate is set by the marginal underwriter. In Aave, it's set by the marginal borrower (whoever keeps looping until utilization caps).
Pooled lending has no slot for an underwriter, so the looper writes the price.
Mezo wants to fix underwriting in crypto.
