@Mgi1997 Ma'am, I had a total knee replacement in 2017, cost me my regular career but ftrs since 2019 and 4th ten tors in 2026. Physio and ice are your friends and nemesis, see you on Oke and Dinger
in May.

In January, I fully ruptured my ACL on my ski instructor course. 5 weeks ago today, I had a reconstruction (by an Army surgeon and anaesthetist!) It’s been a really tough month, but feeling v grateful to have had such a good start to the recovery journey 💫

@Mgi1997 Stay positive. I had a patella-tendon reconstruction after the same injury in 1997 and it’s still going strong 💪🏽

Young people from across the South West headed out on Dartmoor this morning for start of the gruelling Ten Tors challenge. The annual event is run by the Army in the South West is usually attempted by 400 teams of six, with routes ranging between 35 and 55 miles. Up to 400 young people with additional needs were also taking part in a one-day event called the Jubilee Challenge. Many of the teams have been training for months in preparation.

@Mgi1997 Not long off dinger Tor and seeing the work you guys do joins the dots for us on the Moor. Dinger processed 131 teams on Saturday in 46 minutes. 3 RAF pers and 1 veteran. See you next year.

@MC6117 They won’t subsidise wine tasting! This doesn’t get approved (it did used to for wines members of messes but this has stopped in recent years). It will only subsidise a driving licence if it is the first licence you get (so unlikely for anyone really tbf)
