Young people from across the South West headed out on Dartmoor this morning for start of the gruelling Ten Tors challenge. The annual event is run by the Army in the South West is usually attempted by 400 teams of six, with routes ranging between 35 and 55 miles. Up to 400 young people with additional needs were also taking part in a one-day event called the Jubilee Challenge. Many of the teams have been training for months in preparation.
