More than 15 mill Americans have lost Medicaid since Jan 2023 and most lose bc of bureaucracy/paperwork not bc of income. Texas has done this to 61% of their population; AR, OK, UT, MT, SD, ID and OK are above 55%. Covid is still here. This is not #sdoh #PublicHealth
