@rinalaskaa It's genuinely so bad arrrgh I'm glad I won't have to write any more papers for the next 1.5 years once I get this one done. I love research but it's making me FAT

Medically transitioned trans people can literally physically die if they dont receive HRT. Its just weird to put that in the same place as steroids even as a joke when trans peoples lives are actively endangered by this because of a genocidal hate movement.

Whenever I see someone eat like under 1000 cal but they're getting like more than 60g protein I'm like WHAT ARE YOU EATINNNGGGGG
English

@MiLADiETS it’s always either completely processed protein boosted foods (this is what i do mostly ) or just chicken breast, tinned tuna with only veggies as sides, no carbs. there’s no in between 😭

@remorexic I have a gap feet together, feet+knees together, with my hips neutral. With hips back the gap gets bigger (but it's an uncomfortable way to stand)
With hips forward i can fully close the gap (also uncomfortable way to stand)
I take video bodychecks which include all these poses
English

@remorexic What is the standard? Feet together? Knees together? Hips forward or back? I do agree that I see people leaning over and contorting in a ridiculous way to create a gap on here but 🤷♀️ to each their own
English

@fresa_xxs @sierrexic Seeing these pics, you have slight femoral anteversion which usually makes you walk in a more calf-dominant way to correct your gait so that our feet don't point inward.
I have it too, SORRY this is so random. Anyway big calves = ur thighs look smaller in comparison dw queen
English

@sierrexic Bro even in high school when I was not active in the slightest my calves were fucking huge and they still are even when I lost weight and I TRY to be active😭 for me it doesn’t matter if I work out or not they still are the same size as my thighs it’s crazy

English

THIS and how do you guys not have absolutely massive calves and legs???
rina@rinamadee
how do u guys get 20k+ steps every day without your feet falling off…
English

@sierrexic I have massive calves but I don't care because they somehow make my thighs look smaller by comparison?
