Too loud? We’ll notice. 🚨 Excessive vehicle noise isn’t just disruptive — it’s a violation of Florida law and the Miami Beach Noise Ordinance. Through proactive enforcement and initiatives like Operation Quiet Streets, #YourMBPD is addressing loud modified exhaust systems and vehicles creating unnecessary noise across our city. Our goal is simple: protect the quality of life for our residents, businesses, and visitors. Keep it legal. Keep it quiet. #YourMBPD #MiamiBeach #OperationQuietStreets #TrafficEnforcement

Today, we solemnly remember and honor the sacrifice of fallen Miami Beach Police Officer David C. Bearden. Officer Bearden dedicated four years of service to our community before tragically losing his life after being wounded in a shootout with two auto theft suspects. Don’t rely on the “luck of the Irish” this St. Patrick’s Day—rely on a sober ride! ☘️ According to the Florida Department of Transportation, St. Patrick’s Day celebrations can lead to a spike in impaired-driving crashes. If you plan on drinking, plan for a safe way home: • Designate a sober driver before heading out • Use ride-sharing services or public transit • Look out for friends who may need a safe ride Let’s keep our roads safe and the celebrations joyful! 🚙 #YourMBPD #DriveSober #ArriveAlive #StPatricksDay #StaySafe
