On Saturday, Oct 25th, the City of Miami celebrated with the community the grand opening of a new park in District 3, Woodside Park! The park includes two playgrounds, two dog areas (large/small dogs), bicycle racks and outdoor exercise equipment, under a beautiful tree canopy.

Upgrades to four baseball fields at Grapeland Heights Park! The City of Miami Office of Capital Improvements started construction of these upgrades on July 15, 2025. Project is anticipated to be completed by January 2026! Stay tuned to celebrate with us!

The groundbreaking ceremony for the Sewell Park Dog Run was held on July 11th, 2025! This dog area at Sewell Park will feature separate spaces for large and small dogs, new lighting, benches and other elements. Stay tuned for construction updates!

This beautiful park in the City of Miami, District 4, was re-named from West End Park to Manolo "Abue" Reyes Park to honor the memory and significant contributions to the community by former Commissioner Manolo Reyes.
