@Mic78921 @CTrefugees Oh trust me I'm very aware, the houses here start at 400k for something modest, I would love to see options at 200k. The average detached home is 850k and the average townhouse is over 500k. But also this is a single bedroom "house", smaller than my first apartment.

She's an RN in St Augustine Florida. She should probably come to the table with $40,000 to $60,000 down like everybody is supposed to. I assume a salary of about $70,000 a year. I set Zillow to a maximum of 30 minutes from the largest hospital in Augustine.
