(1/2) 🧵 A Thread Recently, a new wave of coordinated attacks from @luckio shillers has surfaced, alleging that Duel.com refused to compensate a user over a supposed “visual-delay bug.” Here’s what actually happened: A streamer known as @spectreclubtv was playing Blackjack Original on Duel.com when he encountered a brief visual delay in the regarding a Max Bet in a blackjack round. In the clip below x.com/DuelOwnsMe/sta… he presses “Max” to place the highest possible bet. There’s a short delay before the value appears in the text box. He notices this delay and presses the “Max” button again, after which the correct max-bet amount loads, he places the bet, and wins the round. On the following round, he presses “Max” only once, does not check whether the amount updated, and proceeds to place a $0 bet. He then hits blackjack, wins, looks at his balance, and says: “I did max bet, it didn’t count can someone clip this?” He later posted negative remarks about Duel and contacted their support team requesting compensation. Duel initially considered compensating him despite the mistake being entirely on his end. It is not the platform’s responsibility to confirm your bet amounts for you. That is the player’s responsibility. However, after reviewing the misleading statements he posted publicly, Duel decided to withdraw the compensation offer. Following this decision, multiple waves of false accusations from Luck.io promoters began circulating, attempting to paint Duel.com as dishonest. In reality, certain individuals tried to exploit Duel’s well-known generosity toward genuine bug victims Generosity & Transparency that very few casinos in the industry have ever shown, let alone publicly reported on. For what? When he clicked bet the wager amount showed zero ? Genuinely curious your reasoning? Like do you think he’d owe duel the money if say the bet would have lost? My view is whatever is shown as the wager amount when you hit bet is the mount that should be in play. I don’t understand it being any other way. Sucks but if you have it any other way then you open yourself up to so many issues.

I would LOVE to respond directly to Hairless, but he's a COWARD that blocked me (Very low T behavior). Monarch stated VERY clearly what happened here and handled this situation like an absolute BOSS. Personally, the thing is this reaction / bug can be easily fabricated/recreated. If you are a bad actor and aware of this bug, you can turn on your stream and purposely click MAX bet every time you win big in hope that you get basically a “freeroll” bet knowing that if you lose it’s going to bet $0, and if you WIN, you can say CASINO OWES ME MONEY LOOK. Also, don’t know this guy personally and whether he is a trustee/verified streamer, but super suspicious as well that you see him looking to the TOP RIGHT of the screen at his balance quite a few times throughout this video even before his “reaction”. While I agree, it definitely feels shitty. These sort of visual bugs have happened to me on various casinos before and case sites and sometimes the casinos pay out of courtesy, but at the end of the day it’s up to you to verify your bet is in before clicking play. Seems like the casino operators were diligently working on a solution and this guy took it to Twitter claiming he’s being scammed before ample time was given for resolution. At that point, more in damages were already caused, and there was no good faith.
