Last week, MichAuto partnered with Square One Education Network to host a Discover Auto Tour at MichAuto investor CSP. The event welcomed 10 engineering and design students (grades 9–12) from University Prep Math and Science High School in Detroit. During the tour, students followed the full lifecycle of advanced composite materials, learning how raw composites are formed, molded, and cured into solid, high-performance components used in vehicles. Students also engaged directly with several staff members, gaining firsthand insight into the diverse technical and design-focused career paths the automotive industry offers beyond traditional manufacturing roles. bit.ly/4ccAsv4

Yesterday, the Chamber, @MichAuto, and @MIChamber welcomed Ontario Treasury Board President, the Honorable Caroline Mulroney (pictured center), for a conversation on cross-border trade, supply chains, and North American competitiveness.
